The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was the most wonderful cat in the lobby that greets all the guests - very friendly but not in the way at all. The hotel was right in the heart of the city and close to a wonderful restaurant call the Garden Ice Cafe, which has excellent food at reasonable prices and hotel guests can get a 10% discount. The free wifi was great, also.
The internet can be a little slow when many guests are logged on.

The hotel is clean with attentive and helpful staff. Check-in was quick, and the room was well decorated with WiFi. It is located in a nice area close to the railway station, making it a great choice for a weekend getaway.

It's been my fourth visit. Despite being directly between the train station and the inner city, the hotel is situated in a calm side street. It is always great value for money and quite charming also due to the pleasant quarter. You can also have free W-Lan internet. The breakfast buffet for 11 Euro was good either. A hotel to be recommended!
